Frank CORNELL Taken In Death

Frank E. CORNELL, 85, lifetime resident of this county, died Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at the Jefferson County hospital where he had been a patient for the past two weeks.

A retired farmer, CORNELL resided at 602 S. Third St. He had been in failing health for several years. Services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral home in charge of the Rev. Charles Kerestly. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

CORNELL was born March 3, 1879 near Libertyville, the son of George and Catharine STEBLETON CORNELL. He was married to Martha Ann DEXTER March 11, 1903. He had been a resident of Fairfield since 1946.

Surviving are his wife and one brother, Ray CORNELL, Fairfield. Two sisters preceded him in death.
