At Council Bluffs last week occurred the death of Samuel Clinton, the oldest member of the bar of Pottawattomie County. Mr. Clinton was a resident of Fairfield in the 50’s, a partner of Judge Caleb Baldwin. Many of our old settlers remember him well.
