Concordia (Kans.) Blade-Empire

Leonidas Noel, leading citizen of Glasco (Kans.) died 22 Oct. 1940. President of the First National Bank in Glasco for 43 years and President of the Hoxie State Bank for 20 years.....Born at Trenton, Iowa, and in his youth worked as a wagon painter at the factory where Charter Oak wagons, familiar to every pioneer, were made. He came to Glasco in 1884.....
