Mrs. Margaret (Abram) Kirkpatrick, widow of the late J. O. Kirkpatrick, died at her home in Brighton June 20. Born in Ohio Sept 5 1825, came to Jefferson County, Iowa, with her parents in 1847; married in 1848 near Glasgow, Iowa.....3 children, Oliver, Dell and Dora (now Mrs. B. F. Brier); M.E. Church.
