OBITUARY. Pleasant Pringle was born in Kentucky Nov 12 1823. Moved with his parents to Indiana in childhood and came to Iowa in 1840, settling in Richland Twp. (Keokuk County), where he has since resided. Married in 1845 to Julia C. Welch who died in 1898. He was the father of eight children, six survive him. U.P. Church. He died July 28 1900. Clay Cemetery.
