Phillip Alan CLARK

Phillip Alan CLARK was stillborn at 12:17 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 1995, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa (note: in Wapello Co., IA). He was the son of Chris Alan and Kristine Kay SIEVERS CLARK of Fairfield.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Gates officiating. The casket will be closed. Friends may sign the guest book at Behner Funeral Home until 7 tonight. A memorial has been established to the Children's Library of Fairfield Public Library.

The baby is survived by his parents; grandparents, William Howard and Donna CLARK and Gary and Norma HARVEY, all of Fairfield; and great-grandparents, Joseph C. CLARK of Centerville and Edith MORROW of Richland. He was preceded in death by grandparents and great-grandparents, Larry SIEVERS, Merle Morgan TAIT, Emory Murray TAIT, Mildred Elsie CLARK, Mary Elizabeth SMITH, Orville Frankfort GREEN, Nelliebell HARVEY and Henery Nelson HARVEY.
