Miss Bonnie O. CASSADY, 78, died Sunday, Janaury 4, 1970 at the Washington County Hospital. She had been seriously ill the past month. Miss CASSADY had lived here for 4½ years and made her home with her sister, Mrs. W. E. HOWELL.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Leland Grove in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery at Fairfield.
Miss CASSADY had taught school for 42 years, in rural schools and at Brighton, Ainsworth and Olds. She was born May 1, 1891 in Jefferson County, a daughter of Samuel Marion and Lake WESTENHAVEN (sic - WESTENHAVER) CASSADY. She was reared in the Brighton community.
She was a member of the Christian church, and of the Legion Auxiliary and Pythian Sisters at Brighton.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. W. E. (Berniece) HOWELL of Washington; two nieces and one nephew.

CASSADY, -- Funeral services for Miss Bonnie O. CASSADY were held Tuesday morning in the Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Leland Grove in charge. Pallbearers were Lee Schaffer, Larry Robinson, Max Donaldson, Joe Cochran, Willis C. Jones and Leland Grove. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery at Fairfield.

My heartfelt thanks to all the friends of my sister, Bonnie CASSADY, for the flowers, food, gifts, cards and visits while she was in the hospital and throughout the four and one half years she made her home with me.
A special thanks to the ladies of the Christian Church who called so faithfully and remembered her with gifts; to Rev. Grove, Dr. Ahart and the nurses and Aides.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF BONNIE OPLE CASSADY, Deceased:
You are hereby notified that on the 16th day of June, 1970, the last will and testament of Bonnie Ople CASSADY, deceased bearing date of the 24th day of March, 1954, was admitted to probate in the above named court and that Charlotte Bernice HOWELL was appointed executor of said estate.
Notice is further given that any action to set aside said will must be brought in the district court of said county within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
