OBITUARY

Kenneth BURROWS

Kenneth BURROWS, son of Mr. and Mrs. George BURROWS, was born December 8, 1916 and died April 29, 1928, at the Jefferson county hospital. His sickness took place at school when his teacher noticed that he had a fever. A few days later he was worse and underwent an operation from which he never recovered.

Little Kenneth was known among his friends as "boney" and was loved by all who knew him. There will be a vacancy in the home, school and community in which he seemed a jewel. One brother passed away twenty years ago. Those left to mourn his death are: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George BURROWS and the following brothers and sisters, Clyde of Denver, Colo., Guy of Davenport, Hazel of Spring Hill, Kans., Glen, Earl and Edith at home, and his grandfather, C. M. HOBBS of Spring Hill, Kans. Besides his relatives he leaves many friends who will miss him.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Free Methodist church in charge of Rev. Mark Shockey. Interment at Evergreen cemetery.
