Miss BUCHANAN Taken In Death

Eleanor BUCHANAN, 76, longtime resident of Jefferson County, died at 8:30 a.m. today at the Fairfield Convalescent Home. She had been a patient there for the past 14 months.

The body is at the Raymond Funeral Home. Arrangements are pending.

Miss BUCHANAN was born Aug. 3, 1891, the daughter of Robert J. and Mary FISHER BUCHANAN. She is survived by several cousins.

Miss BUCHANAN was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary Society. She was a past district officer of the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women and a former Gray Lady.

Miss BUCHANAN Rites Saturday

Funeral services for Eleanor BUCHANAN, 76, will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church.

Miss BUCHANAN died Wednesday at the Fairfield Convalescent Home.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. Cletus P. Madsen. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Prayers for a Christian Wake will be held Friday at 8:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate Of Eleanor I. BUCHANAN, Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 12 day of December, 1967, the undersigned was appointed administrator of said estate. Notice is hereby given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance, and unless so filed six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claims shall thereafter be forever barred.
