Services are pending for Clara B. BROCK, 97, of Leisure Living Estates, Number 6. She died at 8:16 a.m. Saturday at the Jefferson County Hospital. Behner Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Services for Clara B. BROCK, 97, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Behner Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles Kincaid will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. BROCK, Leisure Living Estate No. 6, died at 8:16 a.m. Saturday at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient for 1½ days.
The daughter of C.D.M. and Marretta FAW RAINS, she was born June 9, 1885, in Benson, Ill. Her marriage to Walter L. BROCK took place in May, 1910. He preceded her in death Jan. 30, 1971.
Mrs. BROCK had lived in the Fairfield and Packwood communities for 91 years and she was a member of the First Christian Church in Fairfield.
Survivors include three daughters: Dorothy MORRELL and Doris BARBER, both of Fairfield, and Florence DALEY, Manteco, Calif.
She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two brothers; B.T. RAINS, Pekin, Ill., and Merritt RAINS, Fairfield.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF CLARA B. BROCK, DECEASED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 8TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1982, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CLARA B. BROCK, DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1959, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT DORIS BARBER WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
