Funeral Services at 3 O'clock From the Home TomorrowMrs. Mary A. BRADSHAW, widow of A. C. D. BRADSHAW, passed away yesterday afternoon at her home, 306 West Kirkwood street, following an illness of nine months.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 oclock from the home on West Kirkwood in charge of Dr. Gilbert Voorhies. Interment in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. BRADSHAW is well known in Fairfield having spent a great many years of her life in the city. She was born September 10, 1845. Her husband, who passed away twenty-seven years ago, was a prominent business man here having owned and operated a drug store here for a number of years.
She is survived by five children: Mrs. Ernest JERICHO of Moline, Ill.; Mrs. C. C. TALLMAN, Leland S. BRADSHAW and J. Carl BRADSHAW of this city and Alice at home. She also leaves several grandchildren.
The J. C. BRADSHAW Furniture Store will be closed until Friday morning.

Funeral Held Yesterday From Home; Interment Evergreen CemeteryMany relatives and friends gathered at the BRADSHAW home, 306 West Kirkwood street, to pay tribute to Mrs. Mary A. BRADSHAW, who passed away Tuesday afternoon following an extended illness.
Dr. Gilbert Voorhies of the First Presbyterian church officiated at the last rites. Miss Cora Ball and Mrs. L. W. Van Nostrand sang "Lead Kindly Light" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Voorhies.
The casket was banked with many beautiul (sic) floral pieces sent by friends.
Magnificent floral offerings, sent by friends, were banked about the casket in mute testimony of the esteem in which Mrs. BRADSHAW was held by all who knew her.
Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery. Casket attendants were C. W. Wade, William Wells, Harry Elder, William Cupp, Fred JERICHO and Gene Kirby.
Out-of-town people who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Wilson of Cedar Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Larkin, John Connelly, H. H. Walter and Rubin Walters of Burlington; Mr. and Mrs. G. B. JERICHO, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. JERICHO, Mrs. Anna and Miss Mae Grau and Lee and Paul JERICHO of Mt. Pleasant; and Mr. and Mrs. James Lynch of Milton.

Mrs. Mary A. BRADSHAW, 86 years old, passed away at 3:15 oclock, Tuesday afternoon June 14th, at her home, 306 West Kirkwood street, following a seven week's illness. she had been in poor health since receiving a fall about seven months ago.
Mary Ann McCULLEY, daughter of John Robert and Margaret MEEK McCULLEY was born September 10th, 1845 in Philadelphia, Penn. Her mother died when she was twelve years old after which, in 1857, she came to Iowa with her father and two brothers. They were early settlers in the vicinity of Salina, northeast of Fairfield.
March 4th, 1968 (sic - 1868) she was united in marriage at Salina to Dr. A. C. D. BRADSHAW, a young practicing physician. In 1877 they moved from Salina to Fairfield to make their home. Dr. BRADSHAW was in the drug business here for many years after he discontinued his practice as a physician.
Before her marriage, during the Civil war Miss McCULLEY and several young women living in the Salina community were sworn into service and carried the U. S. mail from Salina to Beckwith and Lockridge. They often walked to Beckwith continuing the journey to Lockridge on horse back. A brother, Joe McCULLEY was killed in the south during the war while his sister was doing her bit carrying the mails.
Mrs. BRADSHAW united with the Presbyterian church at an early age and remained a faithful and consistent member up to the time of her death. She was devoted to her home and family. They were always first in her thoughts and her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband who died Sept. 25th, 1905 and by two children, Alscius dying in infancy and Cladius dying in 1896 at the age of twenty-six years. Also by a brother John McCULLEY who died fifteen years ago.
She is survived by five children, Miss Allie at home, John Carl, Leland S., Mrs. C. C. TALLMAN, all of this city and Mrs. Ernest JERICHO of Moline, Ill., also by five grandchildren and one great grand child.
Funeral services were held at 3 oclock Thursday afternoon at her home, 306 West Kirkwood street where she had lived more than fifty years, and were in charge of Dr. Gilbert Voorhies, pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Interment was made in Evergreen cemetery,.
