Charles Franklin BOWERMASTER

Charles Franklin BOWERMASTER died Thursday evening at Waukesha Wis., after being stricken with paralysis Wednesday. The body will arrive here tomorrow morning and the funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Hoskins funeral home in charge of Rev. W. H. McDonald of the Free Methodist church. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. BOWERMASTER was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. BOWERMASTER, and his mother passed away several years ago. He was born June 28, 1892, near Fairfield. He attended the Fairfield public schools and worked with his father as a carpenter for several years. He has spent the greater part of his life here with the exception of two years he resided in Wyoming and for the past two years has lived at Waukesha. He is survived by his father and three brothers, Claude and Fred of Fairfield, and Earl of Rock Island, Ill. A brother, Bert BOWERMASTER, and a sister, Mrs. Maud SCHLIEF, have passed away.

JUST AMONG

... --John E. BOWERMASTER, who has been a patient at the University hospital in Iowa City for several days, where he was taking treatments, will return here this evening being called by the death of his son, Charles F. BOWERMASTER of Wisconsin. His son, Fred BOWERMASTER, and grandson, Elden BOWERMASTER, drove up after him.
