Keosauqua

Carol A. DOUTHART, 70, of Keosauqua, Iowa, passed away on June 25, 2020, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua, Iowa. She was born on November 26, 1949, in Fairfield, Iowa, to William and Verna COLEMAN DOUTHART. Carol lived in Van Buren County most of her life. She greatly loved her family and her dog, Izzy. Carol was known as a kind and caring person who was willing to help anyone, she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by two sisters, Connie ALLEN of Livonia, Missouri, and Linda DOUTHART (Rick COLE) of Centerville, Iowa; three brothers, Ronald COLEMAN of Minnesota, Donald COLEMAN of Michigan and Michael COLEMAN of Keosauqua, Iowa; a granddaughter, Jasmine RHODES of Georgia; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Verna and William; two daughters, Lisa DOUTHART, Michelle DOUTHART; and a brother, Terry COLEMAN.

A graveside memorial service will take place at a later date. Inurnment will be in Forbes Cemetery just north of Keosauqua, Iowa. Memorial contribution's (sic) in Carol's honor may be made to the family and mailed C/O Linda DOUTHART, 622 W. Jackson St., Centerville, IA 52544. Online condolences may be directed to Pedrick Funeral Home.
