Page FOUR, Column 8LOCAL WOMAN DIES AT HOME
Myrtle Marie BARNETT, 43, lifelong resident of Fairfield, died suddenly at 10:45 a.m. today at her home, 402 West Madison street. She became suddenly ill about 8:00 a.m. and died about two hours later.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Hoskins funeral home in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson. burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
"Bee" (sic - Bea) BARNETT, as she was known by her friends, was born September 2, 1903, in Fairfield, the daughter of Francis Arthur and Myrtle BRERETON BARNETT. Her father preceded her in death October 14, 1942.
She is survived by her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Robert JOHNSON and Jessie, both of Fairfield, and a brother, John, also of this city.
