Loretha W. Peck, 89, of Keosauqua, died at 7:30 a.m. today, Friday, May 20, 2005, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

The graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday in Hickory Grove Cemetery northeast of Stockport, with Rodney Nelson, a pastor, officiating.

Visitation is scheduled for 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

Memorials may be made to Hickory Grove Cemetery and left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 915 Country Lane Drive, Keosauqua 52565.

Mrs. Peck was born Jan. 15, 1916, near Stockport, the daughter of John P. and Ethel Watson Standley. She married Paul A. Peck Aug. 19, 1933, in Memphis, Mo. He died June 23, 1995.

She was a farm homemaker and a member of the Woods Club. She moved to Keosauqua in 2002.

Survivors include one daughter, Merial Stecker and husband Gilbert of Keosauqua; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Alvah Standley; and one sister, Edith Dorothy.
