EVELYN BARBER PASSED AWAY EARLY THIS MORNING

Evelyn Iowa BARBER, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert BARBER passed away early this morning at the home of her parents. Her death was caused by pneumonia following the whooping cough. She was two years of age the 29th of last December. She is survived by her parents and two sisters, Isa and Zerelda (sic - Zerrelda).

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at four o'clock from the residence. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

EVELYN IOWA BARBER

Evelyn Iowa BARBER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert BARBER was born December the twenty-ninth, 1917, and departed this life February the 25th, 1920 at the age of two years one months and twenty-six days. Those left to mourn her death are her father, mother and two sisters Ila May age five years and Zerelda Wauretta (sic - Zerrelda Juanita) six weeks old, and other relatives.

A precious one from us has gone,
A voice we loved is stilled.
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled.

God in His wisdom has recalled
The boon his love has given.
And though the body slumbers here
The soul is safe in Heaven.
