Mrs. Laura BALL Taken In Death

Laura M. BALL, 85, 201 W. Adams, died Sunday at 10:45 a.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since March 16.

Services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. James W. Dendler. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. BALL was born March 30, 1882 in Fairfield, the daughter of Jacob and Amanda HECKETHORNE GRABER. She was reared and educated in this community. She was married to George BALL Feb. 27, 1901. he preceded his wife in death May 27, 1961.

Mrs. BALL was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by one grandson, Ronald F. BALL, Fairfield; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Florence THOMPSON, Fredricksburg, Iowa, and Mrs. Minne WEIRTH, Auburn, Wash.; and one brother, James A. GRABER, Wapato, Wash.

She was preceded in death by one son and eight brothers and sisters.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
In The District court Of The State Of Iowa In And For Jefferson County
In The Matter Of The Estate Of Laura M. BALL, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate Of Laura M. BALL Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 25th day of April, 1967, the last will and testament of Laura M. BALL deceased bearing date of 6th day of June, 1962, was admitted to probate in the above named court and that Ronald Franklin BALL was appointed executor of said estate.

Notice is further given that any action to set aside said will must be brought in the district court of said county within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

Notice is further give that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
