MRS. E. B. BAGGS DIED AT 3 A. M.
Pioneer Resident of This City Has Been Helpless for the Past Five Years.

Mrs. E. B. BAGGS died this morning at the home of her daughter Mrs. E. L. STEPHENSON, 404 West Buhlington (sic) street. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Methodist church in charge of Dr. C. L. Tennant Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be made at Evergreen cemetery.

Charlotte WILLSON was born September 1, 1832 at Belchertown ,Massachusetts an din (sic) 1854 was married to E. B. BAGGS of Amerst, Massachusetts. In 1886 they came to this city where they always made their home. She is survived by her adopted daughter whom she has raised since 9 months old, Mrs. E. L. STEPHENSON of this city and who has been a most loyal and loving attendant to her mother's needs and wishes. Mrs. BAGGS received a fall 5 years and 8 months ago which resulted in a broken hip and which rendered her absolutely helpless.

To All Whom It May Concern:

Notice is hereby given that an instrument, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Charlotte BAGGS, Deceased, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Jefferson county, and that January 22nd, A. D. 1925, at 2 o'clock p. m., it being in vacation of said court, has been set for proof and final hearing of same.

Witness my hand and the seal of said Court this 26th day of December, 1924.
