OLIVER M. ANSTEAD SERVICES YESTERDAY

Funeral services for Oliver M. ANSTEAD, brother of N. C. ANSTEAD of this city, wehe (sic) held yesterday afternoon from the Evergreen cemetery where the body was laid to rest. Rev. H. Sears Thomson of the Presbyterian church had charge of the services, only relatives and a few friends being present.

Mr. ANSTEAD who about twenty years ago made his home in Fairfield passed away Wednesday at the hospital in Potsdam, Illinois (sic - Peoria Co., IL; he was born Potsdam, N.Y.). His only survivors are L. D. ANSTEAD of Potsdam and N. C. ANSTEAD of this city, both of whom were with him at the time of his death.
