ANGSTEAD Rites Will Be Friday

Mrs. Edward ANGSTEAD, 76, rural route 1, died suddenly about 2 p.m. Tuesday at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Connie ANGSTEAD, 910 W. Jefferson.

Last rites will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Jonathan Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Prayers for a Christian Wake will be recited at the Raymond Funeral Home at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Lucille ANGSTEAD was born July 21, 1894, in Brown County, Ill., the daughter of William and Amelia COLLE ARCHER. She was reared and educated in Illinois.

Her marriage to Edward C. ANGSTEAD took place Aug. 19, 1950, at Moline, Ill. She was a member of the Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Corinne ECKROUTE, Liblin, Mo., and Mrs. Marie GRAFF, Ava, Mo.; one brother, William ARCHER, Springfield, Mo.

Other survivors include six stepchildren: Delmar, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. James HOSKINS, Mrs. Bert LITTON, Mrs. Donald SIMONS, all of Fairfield; Mrs. Dale CLINE, Moline, Ill.; and Mrs. Robert HARGROVE, East Moline.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.
