Page FIVE, Column 3MRS. ANDERSON PASSES AWAY
Mrs. Maud Ethel ANDERSON, 60, passed away early this morning at the Jefferson county hospital where she had been taken yesterday suffering with pneumonia. She had been in poor health for a year and seriously ill the past two weeks.
Funeral services will be held from the Hoskins funeral home at 1:30 Sunday afternoon, with Rev. S. P. Williamson officiating. Interment in the Evergreen cemetery.
Surviving are one son, Gerald H. ANDERSON, 705 N. Main, this city; two sisters, Mrs. John H. KYLE and Mrs. Anna SIMMONS, both of Fairfield; two brothers, Harold McCONNELL, Oakland, Cal. and Ralph McCONNELL, Bettendorf, Ia.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Arthur ANDERSON, who passed away January 6, 1919, and by three sisters, Mrs. Josephine BOURNE, Mrs. Edith FARNHAM, and Mrs. Ada NELSON, and by two infant brothers.
