Mrs. ANDERSON Rites Pending

Mrs. Clida ANDERSON, 88, passed away at 7:45 a.m. today at the Fairfield Convalescent Home. She had been in failing health the past year and seriously ill the past three days.

The body is at the Weston Behner Funeral Home where last rites are pending.

Clida ANDERSON was born Aug. 30, 1883, in Mahaska County near Oskaloosa, the daughter of George and Emmiline GIBBONS SIMS (sic - SIMMS). She was married Oct. 22, 1902, to Carl E. ANDERSON. He preceded his wife in death July 18, 1956.

Mrs. ANDERSON had made her home in the Fairfield Community for over 40 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors include one daughter and two sons; Mrs. Edna Mae DONALDSON, Osakaloosa; George W. ANDERSON, Fairfield; Harry C. ANDERSON, Fort Myers, Fla.; also three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and six sisters.

ANDERSON Rites Will Be Tuesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Clida S. ANDERSON will be Tuesday at the Weston Behner Funeral Home.

The rites will be at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jerry Yancey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. ANDERSON, 88, died Saturday at 7:45 a.m. at the Fairfield Convalescent Home following a lengthy illness.
