Russell G. AIN, 73, 303 W. Adams, died at 9:35 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at the Jefferson County Hospital where he had been a patient since Sept. 1.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with Pastor Fred Schmid officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Russell G. AIN was born Jan. 24, 1902, in Jefferson County, the son of Gus and Mary CARLSON AIN. He was reared and educated in Fairfield schools, he was a member of the First Lutheran Church and a retired employe (sic) of the Dexter Company.
Survivors include six nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.
Members of the family will receive friends at the Raymond Funeral Home this evening, Monday, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF RUSSELL AIN, DECEASED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 17TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1975, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF RUSSELL AIN, DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 24 DAY OF JULY, 1974, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT PAULINE RODGERS WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF HIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDTIORS (sic) HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE, AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
