Margaret AHLIN Service Tuesday

Graveside services for Margaret AHLIN, 70, will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery.

Miss AHLIN, a resident of Sun City, Ariz., died Saturday at Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix (note: Maricopa Co., AZ). Last rites will be conducted by the Rev. Hoyt Whitebread. Arrangement are (sic) in charge of the Raymond Funeral Home.

Miss AHLIN was a school librarian at Boulder, Colo., for 30 years before her retirement in 1964. She was born June 9, 1899, at Ogden, Iowa, the daughter of John F. and Laura GAUMER (sic - Laura COREY; GAUMER is Laura's sister's married name) AHLIN.

She attended Parsons College before receiving BA and MA degrees from the University of Colorado. She also held a master of library science degree from Columbia University.

Miss AHLIN was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma chapter at Boulder. She is survived by one sister, Connie AHLIN, Sun City; and a cousin, Stewart GAUMER, Fairfield.
