Jule A. KELLER Dies Suddenly

Jule A. KELLER, 83, retired Jefferson county farmer, died suddenly at 8:25 a.m. today at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Hollis BRERETON, eight miles south of Stockport.

Last rites will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral home in charge of Dr. J. Henry Teele. Burial will be in Wright cemetery.

KELLER farmed in Cedar township southeast of Fairfield for 48 years. He had made his home with the BRERETONs for the past 11 years.

KELLER was born June 27, 1875 in Cedar township, the son of Gus and Katherine (sic - Cathrine) ORIEZ KELLER. He was married to Maggie J. LIBLIN May 3, 1899. She preceded him in death Jan. 26, 1948.

Surviving are the following children: Marshall KELLER, Keosauqua; Ralph KELLER, Ottumwa; James KELLER, Washington; Earl KELLER, Milton; Russell KELLER, Fairfield; and Mrs. BRERETON.

Seventeen grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters also survive: John KELLER, Fairfield; Lou KELLER of Michigan; Gus KELLER of Canada; Mrs. Lawrence SILVER, Stockport; and Mrs. Minnie RUBY (sic - RUBEY), Washington. Two sisters and three brothers are deceased.
