Deaths; Funerals

GEORGE H. DeWITT
Fairfield--George Hosea DeWITT, 75, died Thursday morning at the state hospital at Mt. Pleasant after several months' illness (note: in Henry Co., IA).

He leaves his wife and one son, Merlin, of Los Angeles, Calif.

Funeral services will be held at the Behner funeral home Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. M. S. Ellick, pastor of the local First Baptist church, in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery (sic - burial was in Wright Cemetery).

DeWITT was a former employe of the Dexter company.
