MRS. JANE COX DIED YESTERDAY

Mrs. Jane COX, one of the oldest residents of Jefferson county, died yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of her son Charles L. COX in Cedar township after an illness of several weeks. Mrs. COX had been seriously ill for several weeks and her death was not unexpected.

Since the death of her husband, Mrs. COX has made her home with her son Charles.
