Page 3, Column 2… In Ottumwa Friday occurred the death of Mrs. Lottie CONDER, wife of Louis K. CONDER, formerly of this city. she had been ill for some time with consumption. Deceased was a daughter of Eli COX of Cedar township. The remains were interred in the Wright cemetery, seven miles southeast of this city, Saturday.

Mrs. L. C. CONDER, formerly a resident of this city, died at her home in South Ottumwa Friday morning of last week at four o'clock. Mrs. CONDER had been a sufferer from consumption for a long time and this was the cause of her death. Her maiden name was Lotta COX, a daughter of Richard COX, living at Wooster. The remains were brought to this city Saturday morning at 11:17 and the funeral was held at the home of her father Saturday afternoon at two o'clock.
