DEATH OF MRS. FINNEY.

Editors Ledger :-- Mrs. Christina FINNEY, an old resident of this county, died at the home of her son, Elijah FINNEY, in Des Moines township, February 21st, in the eighty fourth year of her age. She leaves three sons and three daughters to mourn her loss, all but one of whom were able to be present at the funeral.-- Mrs. FINNEY was a kind neighbor and an indulgent parent. She died trusting in God and calling upon her Savior to take her home.-- Death had no terrors for her, and she had often expressed her willingness to go when God called her. She will be much missed in this community. Rev. Fletcher Robinson conducted the funeral services, at the house of her son, Elijah, where she had made her home for several years.
