Page 3, Column 6Mrs. Hannah PAXSON, a pioneer settler of Jefferson county, died at Pleasant Plain the 23d inst., in the seventy-fifty year of her age. She was a native of Ohio, and was married to John PAXSON in this county May 4th, 1842. Mrs. PAXSON was the mother of ten children, seven of whom are now living. She was a member of the Society of Friends from birth.
