Mrs. George GARMOE died in the hospital at Mt. Pleasant (note: in Henry Co., IA) Saturday morning, April 27th. The body was brought to this city to her former home by I. A. Fryman and Miss Mary Fryman.

Funeral services were held at the Frazey undertaking parlor this morning by Rev. W. R. Keesey, after which the remains were taken to Richwoods and interment was by the side of her husband.

Leah SOUSLYN was born in Ohio and came to Iowa when a young woman, where she was united in marriage to George GARMOE, who preceded her in death about five years ago (sic - in 1911). Mrs. GARMOE, at the time of her death was svnty-fiv yars (sic), eight months and five days old.

GARMOE.

Mrs. George GARMOE died at the hospital in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, Saturday, April 27, 1918. The body was brought to Fairfield, her old home, by J. N. Fryman and sister, Mary. Funeral services were held at the Frazey undertaking rooms by Rev. W. R. Keesey, after which the remains were laid to rest by the side of her husband in Richwoods cemetery.

Leah SOUSLYN was born in Ohio. After she grew to womanhood she came to Iowa where she was married to George GARMOE, who preceded her in death five years ago. At the time of her death she was seventy-five years, eight months and five days old. She was a devoted wife, a kind neighbor and was beloved by all who knew her.--(Contributed.)
