Mr. PARSONS had lived in the country as a farmer and in the city as a carpenter. He had a wide acquaintance, and there are many friends and relatives who will regret his death The funeral was held Saturday and the body was laid in Union cemetery, near the old town of Parsonsville, where many members of this family have been buried. Rev. T. S. Pool conducted the funeral service.
