Historical Summary.

… At Broken Bow, Neb., on Jan, 30 Mrs. Mary Caroline MAUK, aegd (sic) 90 died. Mrs. MAUK came to this country with her father Wm. TAYLOR in 1883. At 14 she married Stephen HICKENBOTTOM, who died in 1890,and she later married Mr. MAUK, an old soldier, who also died six months since. …
