Mrs. GROVE Dies At 92

Mrs. Mary A. GROVE, 92, member of a pioneer family, died Friday at 5 p.m. at the Nelson Nursing Home.

Last rites will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Ned C. Gillum officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Members of the family will greet friends at the funeral home Sunday from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Mrs. GROVE was born Feb. 24, 1881 in Jefferson County, the daughter of Theodore and Anna FIERCE CASE. She was married March 22, 1905 to Elmer B. GROVE, who died Feb. 2, 1959. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Degree of Honor.

Mr. and Mrs. GROVE farmed for 53 years six miles southeast of Fairfield. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1955. Since her husband's death, Mrs. GROVE has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Fred ROBINSON, 507 E. Burlington.

In addition to her daughter, Ethel, Mrs. GROVE is survived by one grandson, Richard ROBINSON, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister.
