Donna Jean KREWSON, 88, of Richland, died Sunday April 28, 2019, at Sunnybrook Living Care Center in Fairfield. She was born January 22, 1931, in Fairfield to Donald William and Alice Louise KENT LEPPERT. Donna grew up in Richland and graduated from Richland High School in 1948 and married Junior Keith KREWSON in the Little Brown Church in Nashua February 26, 1951. He died May 1, 2006. Donna was a homemaker who also worked at Dressler Grocery Store, Sasseen Hardware and Gifts and at the U.S. Bank in Richland.

She retired in 1991 and with her husband, loved to spend winters in Arizona. Donna was a long-time member of the Richland United Methodist Church and UMW and worked tirelessly as a volunteer in support of many church programs.

She is survived by her children: Carol HOLLINGSWORTH (Glen) of Hoffman Estates, IL and Gregory KREWSON (Lori) of Flower Mound, TX, 4 grandchildren: Eric HOLLINGSWORTH, Kristen FLORES, Jenna WHITE and Jeffrey KREWSON and four great grandchildren: Hunter and Logan HOLLINGSWORTH and Clark and Addison FLORES, three sisters: Kathryn DEUTSCH (Joe) of Richland, Janet LANGAN (Mike) of Mt. Pleasant, Judy EDDY (Jack) of Fairfield and one brother, Kermit LEPPERT of Richland. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one great grandson, Connor and her brother, Keith LEPPERT.

Funeral services will be held 10;30 am, Thursday May 2, 2019, at the Richland United Methodist Church in Richland with Rev. Tim Schoepf and Rev. Mark Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Richland Friends Cemetery (note: in Washington Co., IA). Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 1, 2019, 5:30 to 7 P.M. also at the Richland United Methodist Church in the Fellowship Hall. Memorials for the church or for Richland First Responders may be left at the church or mailed to the family at: 1325 Meyer Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. Gould Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
