Keith Krewson, 74, of Richland, died this morning, May 1, 2006, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

Arrangements are pending at Gould Funeral Home in Richland.

Junior Keith KREWSON, 74, of Richland, died at 6:50 a.m. Monday, May 1, 2006, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Richland United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Kim Gates officiating. Burial with military honors by American Legion Post 504 will be at Richland Friends Cemetery.

Family Visitation will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the church’s fellowship hall.

Memorials to American Cancer Society or Richland United Methodist Church may be left at the church.

Arrangements are in the care of Gould Funeral Home.

Mr. KREWSON was born Oct. 20, 1931, in Richland, the son of Lewis and Margaret Ann Spanier KREWSON. He married Donna Jean LEPPERT Feb. 26, 1951, at Little Brown Church in Nashua.

Mr. KREWSON grew up in the Richland area and graduated from Richland High School in 1949. He was a hog producer for many years, worked at Dexter Company in Fairfield for 15 years and was an agriculture sales representative for Walnut Grove for 25 years.

Mr. KREWSON was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He was a member of Richland United Methodist Church and the Richland Lions Club. He also was a member of American Legion Post 504 for more than 50 years.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Carol Lynne HOLLINGSWORTH and husband Glen of Hoffman Estates, Ill.; one son, Gregory Keith KREWSON and wife Lori of Flower Mound, Texas, four grandchildren; one brother, Leo KREWSON of Albany, Ore.; and three sisters, Ruth MARTIN of Brighton, Betty HOLDER of Vaughn, Wash., and Joyce PARSONS of Birmingham.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gilbert KREWSON.
