Dr. Samuel Brown, 75, native of Fairfield, dies at Panora home.....After practicing medicine in that town for almost half a century.....He was born in the house at 205 North “C” Street, now the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Lewis. Graduated from Parsons College with the Class of 1893. He was united in marriage to Susie Harkness, daughter of the late Prof. Richard A. Harkness, pioneer educator of this city. Mrs. Brown died several years ago. One son, Dr. Richard Brown of Owosso, Mich., survives.
