Obituary.
Died at her residence, one mile East of Fairfield, on the 9th of April 1857, Mrs. Ann Gilbert, aged 61 years and 6 months. The deceased was an affectionate mother and an exemplary Christian. Her long and tedious illness she bore with patience and resignation, leaning for support as well as acceptance on the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and we trust has now gone to where sin and disease have ceased to trouble, and where the weary are at rest.
(Ann was born Nov. 9, 1795 in Larne, Antrim County, Ireland.)
