RUN DOWN BY A TRAIN. John Mount, for many years a resident of Fairfield, was run down and killed by a Wabash passenger train at Albia Friday morning about 9 o’clock.....Mr. Mount was 87 years old and quite deaf.....All the older residents of Fairfield will remember John Mount, for this city was his home for many years.....Five children survive.....Remains interred at Albia.
