ZIHLMAN Rites Will Be Monday

Jacob Paul ZIHLMAN who lives near Brighton died suddenly at his home Thursday.

Last rites will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain with the Rev. Francis Bass officiating. Burial will be in the cemetery nearby.

The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton.

Jacob Paul ZIHLMAN, 82, was born March 4, 1887, at Germanville, the son of Andrew and Caroline STADELMAN ZIHLMAN.

The ZIHLMAN home is located southeast of Brighton in Jefferson County where he has lived for 75 years. He is a veteran of World War I and a member of St. Joseph Church.

Survivors include one brother, Lucas, Pleasant Plain; and two sisters, Mrs. Emma ROTH, Fairfield, and Bertha ZIHLMAN at home. He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
