Services for SHELANGOSKI

BRIGHTON -- Hubert R. SHELANGOSKI, 65, of 130 First St., Carbon Cliff, Ill., and a former Brighton resident, died Sunday at Illini Hospital in Silvis, Ill.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Silvis at 10 a.m. Visitations after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Schroder Funeral Home in Silvis with Rosary there at 8 p.m.

Visitations will be held at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton after 4 p.m. Wednesday with Rosary at 7 p.m. Committal services Thursday morning at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Cemetery in East Pleasant Plain.

SHELANGOSKI was born July 21, 1914 in Brighton, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter SHELANGOSKI. He was a veteran of World War II and a retired millwright of Oscar Mayer Packing Plant in Davenport for 26 years.
