Mrs. PACHA Dies Today

BRIGHTON -- Mrs. Agnes PACHA, 83, died at 3 a.m., today at her home south of Brighton.

Last rites will be Wednesday, Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church at East Pleasant Plain with the Rev. Louis Leonhardt officiating. The rosary will be recited on Tuesday at 8 p.m., at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Mrs. PACHA was born May 3, 1892 in Jefferson County, the daughter of Michael J. and Emma POHREN FRITZ. She was married to John PACHA on May 5, 1914.

She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of East Pleasant Plain and a member of its Altar and Rosary Society. She had lived all her life since her marriage at their home south of Brighton.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Paul of Brighton and Charles of Kalona; five daughters, Josephine at home, Mrs. Anna SHERADEN of Ollie, Mrs. Isabel ADAM of Richland, Mrs. Helen HESSELTINE of Oxford and Mrs. Mary REDLINGER of Washington; 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He (sic - she) was preceded in death by two brothers, a grandson and a great-grandson.
