DEATH OF MRS. MOYER. Sunday last, in this city, occurred the death of an old resident of Fairfield, one well known to all our older people - - Mrs. Mary MOYER. Deceased's maiden name was Mary CORBIN, and she was born in Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Penn., Sept. 12, 1819. Her marriage to William MOYER occurred at Mannor Hill, Penn., in 1836, and with her husband and family she removed to Fairfield in May 1845, and has since resided here, a period of 36 years. Mr. Moyer died in 1863, leaving to the care of the mother nine children, two daughters and seven sons. During all these years Mrs. MOYER struggled with a mother's love for her family, all of whom have now grown to manhood and womanhood.....M.E. Church.....Had Mrs. MOYER's life been spared one day she would have seen her 62nd year."
