KNOPP Services Will Be Friday

Funeral services for Clarence KNOPP, 62, of Gary, S.D., who died Tuesday at Veterans Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D., will be on Friday at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain. Father Francis Bass will officiate. Military rites by the local American Legion will be held at the graveside at St. Joseph Cemetery in East Pleasant Plain.

The body arrived today at the Weston Behner Funeral Home.

KNOPP was born Sept. 1, 1907 at East Pleasant Plain, the son of Mathew and Mary BISKIE (sic - BISKEY) KNOPP. He is survived by his widow and two children, Mary Ann KNOPP of Gary, S.D., and Raymond KNOPP of Fairfield and three grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters and one brother, Mrs. L. R. GREENFIELD of Fairfield, Mrs. W. A. MACKINNON of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mrs. Harold SCHOO of Cincinnati, Ohio and Leonard KNOPP of San Francisco, Calif.

He was a veteran of World War II.
