Sharon STARR, 74, of Fairfield, passed peacefully on Friday morning, February 16. Sharon was born in Oxnard, California and grew up on Long Island, New York. She graduated from Stony Brook University, where she met her husband, Rick.

Sharon had lived in Fairfield for over thirty years. Sharon was a teacher of Transcendental Meditation and was devoted to Maharishi and his knowledge. Sharon also taught English as a second language, and was a health and nutrition consultant.

Sharon was a kind, loving, compassionate person. She was devoted to her family. She brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Dennis WHITE, and Mark WHITE. Sharon is survived by her husband Rick and son Daniel. She is also survived by her brother Andy WHITE, and her sisters Regina ANDERSON, Fran SHEEHAH, Patty MORIN, Monica WHITE, Leslie WHITE, and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24 at 2 PM, at the Phoenix Rising Hall, at Burlington Avenue and 3rd Street, Fairfield.
