Christian James LITTLE, 21, of Hedrick, died Monday, May 8, 2017, in a vehicle accident at South English (note: in Keokuk Co., IA).
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Pekin High School gym, with the Rev. Tim Hadley officiating. Interment will be at Rock Creek Cemetery in Ollie (note: in Keokuk Co., IA).
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.
Memorials can be directed to the family.
Mr. LITTLE was born Nov. 11, 1995, at Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Michael Shane and Martha Leola OSBORNE LITTLE.
He grew up in the Ollie community and graduated from Pekin High School in 2013.
He ran cross country track as a student at Pekin.
Mr. LITTLE worked as an ag equipment operator for Agri-Land F.S. at Hedrick.
He loved being outdoors fixing cars, guns and knives, helping people and his job.
Survivors include: his parents Martha and Robin REINIER of Ollie; siblings Cameron LITTLE, Sammi REINIER and Brett KUNZ, all of Ollie, Megan WICKENKAMP of Ottumwa, Amber KUNZ of Pella, Corbin LITTLE and Rebecca LITTLE, both in California; grandparents: James OSBORNE of Albia, Darrell and Dee LITTLE of Cody, Wyoming, Debbie and Steve KROMERY of What Cheer and Judy DEITRICH of Ollie.
Deceased family members include: his father; grandmother Donna OSBORNE; and grandfather Garry DEITRICH.

Front PageHedrick man dies in car accident Monday

Ledger news editorSOUTH ENGLISH - A 21-year-old man from Hedrick was killed in an automobile accident near South English Monday evening.
Christian LITTLE was traveling eastbound at 5:07 p.m. on Highway 22 just east of South English, according to a crash report from the Iowa State Patrol. The report indicated LITTLE's vehicle left the roadway, rolled and entered the south ditch. LITTLE was ejected from the vehicle.
LITTLE grew up in the Ollie community and graduated from Pekin High School in 2013. He ran cross country at the school. His obituary appears on page 4.
