Roger HAGANMAN, 83, of rural Stockport, died this morning, Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016, at Keosauqua Health Care Center in Keosauqua (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).

Funeral arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.

Roger Levi HAGANMAN

Roger Levi HAGANMAN, age 83 of rural Stockport died Thursday morning at the Keosauqua Health Care Center in Keosauqua (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).

He was born December 6, 1933 at Swedesburg, Iowa, the son of Robert and Eva LEE HAGANMAN.

He lived most of his life in Van Buren County. He graduated from Birmingham High School in 1951.

Roger married Janet UMPHREY on October 12, 1952 in Fairfield.

Roger farmed and raised quarter horses. During the winters he worked at the King Ranch in Texas.

Deceased family members include his daughter and her husband Kathie and Ed STANTON, his parents, 1 sister Doris BARKER and 2 brothers George and Virgil HAGANMAN and 3 infant siblings.

Surviving are his wife Janet, 2 grandsons: Heather TEETER of Bonaparte and Asa and wife Andrea STANTON of Warner Robins, GA and 1 great grand-daughter Shanley STANTON of Warner Robins, GA.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. Monday at the Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham with Pastor Rick Zickefoose officiating. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery at Birmingham (note: also in Van Buren Co., IA).

The family will receive friends on Monday from 9:30 A.M. until service time at 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to H.C.I. Hospice or to the family.

Arrangements are in the care of the Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.
