Virgina (sic) M. SABLE

Virginia M. SABLE, 87, of Fairfield, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

Cremation has been accorded. Burial at Packwood Cemetery will be at a later date.

Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Mrs. SABLE was born April 19, 1929, in rural Farmington, the daughter of George and Fern MUNTZ WELLS. She married Roy C. SABLE June 5, 1960, at Little Brown Church at Nashua. He died Nov. 16, 2001.

Mrs. SABLE grew up in the Farmington community and graduated from Farmington High School in 1949.

She lived in the Packwood community until moving to Fairfield in 2002.

She worked in domestic service and was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Fairfield.

Survivors include: two stepsons, Ronald SABLE and wife Patsy of Tucson, Arizona, and Robert SABLE and wife Jean of Waverly; four step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Virginia M. SABLE, 87, of Fairfield, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

A graveside service, with Dianne Brokken officiating, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Packwood Cemetery in Packwood.

Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.
