MARY ELIZABETH MOUNT was born at Moundsville, West Va., Oct. 5, 1839. She moved to Fairfield, Iowa, in 1855, and was married to DR. WM. M. GLENNY in 1859. They removed to Albia after the war where they remained until the death of her husband, in 1897, after which time she came to Chariton, with her daughter, now MRS. FRED STANLEY, where she made her home until her recent illness.

Funeral services were conducted from the M.E. Church at Albia and the
remains laid to rest by the side of her husband. She leaves three children,
WILLIAM, of Missouli, Mont.; ELMER, of Minneapolis, Minn.; and MRS. F.C.
STANLEY of this city, who were all present at the last sad rites.
