Estella HEWITT

Estella Eiune HEWITT, 76, of 805 W. Kirkwood Ave., died at 4:35 a.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2004, at Jefferson County Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Howard Innis officiating.

Visitation will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home. No family visitation is planned.

The family requests memorials to First Church of the Nazarene or Fairfield Public Library.

Mrs. HEWITT was born June 2, 1928, in Cheyenne, Wyo., the daughter of Francis Ivan and Edna May DAVIDSON GORE. She married Donald Howard HEWITT Aug. 31, 1952, in Fairfield.

She lived most of her life in the Fairfield community. She was employed by Universal Producing Co. for 20 years and by Employers Mutual for four years.

Mrs. HEWITT was a member of First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Daniel Edwin HEWITT of Fairfield; four grandchildren; and one sister, Ivetta WATERCOTT of Isanti, Minn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Susan SCEARCY; and one brother, David GORE.
